Urgent job vacancy for B. Tech mechanical as a quality engineer

Salary: 15k to 28k

Location: Barotiwala near baddi Himachal

Facility: EPF, ESIC, Canteen

Job Summary:
The Quality Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Quality Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control processes, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Process Improvement:

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to drive improvements.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality data, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality metrics.
Generate regular quality reports for management review.
Supplier Quality Management:

Work closely with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet specified quality standards.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality requirements.
Regulatory Compliance:

Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and certifications relevant to automotive manufacturing.
Ensure that the company remains in compliance with all applicable quality standards and certifications.
Training and Development:

Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
