Operate VMC machine:

1. Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
2. Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
3. Remove burr from parts manufactured.
4. Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
5. Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
6. Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise
7. Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and sharpening.
8. Maintain inventory of tools, fixtures and accessories in machine shop
9. Make entries in ERP system
