Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Vendor Support Representative to join our team. As a Vendor Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our vendors, providing exceptional support and ensuring a smooth and efficient vendor experience. Your role will involve resolving issues, answering inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with our vendors to foster collaboration and mutual success. *Responsibilities:*
1. *Vendor Communication:* Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
2. *Issue Resolution:* Investigate and resolve vendor issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, and product inquiries in a timely manner. Need to resolve the quote related issue to process the PO received from sales Team. Need to upload the quote in our system after the receipt of RFQ from Sales.
3. *Order Management:* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and fulfilment according to vendor agreements and company standards.
4. *Relationship Building:* Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with vendors through regular communication and effective problem-solving.
5. *Data Management:* Maintain accurate and updated vendor records and documentation in our systems.
6. *Performance Monitoring:* Monitor vendor performance metrics and work with vendors to improve performance where necessary.
7. *Feedback Collection:* Gather feedback from vendors regarding our products, services, and processes to drive continuous improvement. 8. *Compliance:* Ensure vendors adhere to company policies, procedures, and contractual agreements.
*Requirements:*
• Proven experience in vendor support, customer service, or a related field in Semiconductor distribution industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Min. Experience required – 2 – 3 years We can also consider #fresher
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations diplomatically.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
