As a Field Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting and selecting talent for our organization. Your responsibilities will include Field Recruitment, Placements and other Mobilisation activities. This role requires you to be proactive, organized, and an effective communicator, as you will be interacting with candidates and collaborating with various departments within the company.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:

  • Identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events and referrals.
  • Reach out to potential candidates through phone calls, emails and in-person meetings to gauge their interest and qualifications.

Candidate Screening:

  • Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Interviewing and Assessment:

  • Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with candidates.
  • Assess candidates’ technical skills, soft skills, and alignment with company values.
  • Administer assessment tests or assignments as needed.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with hiring managers of organizations, industries, NGOs, etc. to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Documentation and Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information, interview feedback, and communication history.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other tools to manage the recruitment pipeline.

Job Offer Negotiation:

  • Assist in extending job offers to selected candidates.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth on-boarding processes.

Networking and Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Attend job fairs, industry conferences, and other events to expand the talent pool.

Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s or PG Degree.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a field or remote recruitment capacity.
  • Or experience of Staffing Sales or Placements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
