  • 2D Drawing and standards study for New Projects
  • Prepare the tech. issue list
  • Knowledge of CNC Programming HMC/VMC/HTC
  • Knowledge of Fixture concept
  • Knowledge of Fixture Proving
  • Knowledge of Cutting Tools
  • Knowledge of Cutting Parameter
  • Troubleshooting of Machines
  • Troubleshooting of product accuracy
  • Knowledge of Inspection Method
  • Knowledge of Production department for achieving the capacity target as decide during project execution
  • Cycle time improvement and establishment as per RFQ
  • Knowledge of GD&T
