About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee – Finance to join our dynamic team at the Barotiwala Plant. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh MBA (Finance) graduates to gain valuable on-the-job experience in a leading organization and kickstart their careers in the finance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior finance professionals in various financial activities.
• Learning about financial accounting principles and practices.
• Preparing and analyzing financial data.
• Supporting budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Assisting in the management of accounts receivable and payable.
• Conducting basic financial research and analysis.
• Supporting special projects as assigned.
• Observing and learning about the company’s financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from a recognized university.
• Freshers with excellent academic records are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• A strong interest in finance and a desire to learn and grow.

Skills & Competencies:

• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of financial accounting principles, data analysis, MS Excel.
• Behavioral Skills: Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, learning agility, teamwork, attention to detail, accuracy.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
